I chose this word because to me it is a good representation of truth, love, and pure energy. As I experience life, I am always in search of truth, give love to those around me, and try to resonate pure energy. There will always be bumps along the road, but learning from these experiences only prepares us for greater achievements. We are all interconnected in this consciousness and it’s up to us to share this light to make the world a better place.
A smile is the universal, non-verbal communication of happiness. A smile not only has physiological benefits to the person smiling, but is also instantly contagious to those who see it. It costs nothing to give, but is the most sincere gift that one might be able to give to another. A smile brings rest to the weary, and is the best antidote for discouragement. It brings sunshine to the sad and hope to the hopeless.
Almost no thought or observation passes my mind without the question “why” following it. Why did I think that one thought? Why do I really believe this? Why would the pine tree grow here and not here? Why is that person the way they are? Why is this coffee so good?
It may sounds tiring to think like this, but it has given me immense insight on myself, others, nature, religion, emotions, motivations, life and everything in between. The understanding that has come from always questioning “why” has driven me to pierce my own limits, have a multitude of realizations and moments of clarity, better understand others and who they are, and increase my awareness and deeply appreciate the intricacies of life and nature. It leads one to no longer accept things as they are just because they were always like that. It asks you to challenge what you really believe in and who you really are. It asks you what you want in life, and how you are going to get it. Ultimately, as a very wise man told me, a deep-rooted sense of peace and contentment starts to grow from deep within.

Its a few hours into the New Year! Let it be the best possible year it can be. Use this new year, if it helps you, to do everything you ever wanted to do.

Only a few years ago did I really feel, and even realized that I could feel, the spectacular force of life so strongly. It was after I had consciously chosen to simply let go, break down beliefs patterns, and to just enjoy life in all that I would do that I began to feel a sense of freedom. It was not easy, especially to go against people’s expectations of me. And it certainly changed my entire course of life. But when I committed to live life instead of letting it pass by, I began to feel a force that propelled me forward. Yes this sounds New Age-y, but here I was suddenly crossing of many out-there items from my bucket list at a surprising speed. I was finding myself in breathtaking parts of the world I never expected to be in so soon. I was absolutely loving every day that I woke up to. I came to understand that that force is life. That Life is THIS moment. It is pure contentment, and joy. It is the sense of wonder and awe that you see in everything. It is the understanding that all is just what it is. Life is feeling the excitement at the potentiality of the future. It is when everything somehow always comes together seamlessly and you are left totally astounded. I realized then, that somehow many of us have lost this force within us, forgetting the feeling of how great life actually should and could be.
I don’t know what love is–it just is! There are no words to describe love- it just is.Don’t use the word love–LIVE IT!!!
I chose the word love because I believe it is totally misused, commercialized, and Hollywood and advertising have socially conditioned us to misunderstand and misuse it.If you want to use the word love first de-commercialize it and deprogram yourselves from your social conditioning .
